Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings at any time. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep full access until then.
Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. If you choose not to continue, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier when the trial ends.
Credits are a pay-as-you-go currency for API usage. Each operation costs a fixed number of credits (for example, 5 credits for a property lookup, 1,000 for a docking job, 10,000 for a PC-SAFT solubility test that replaces a $5,000–$15,000 wet-lab DSC). Each operation is anchored to its wet-lab/CRO equivalent — typically 25–100× cheaper. Buy credit packages in bulk at discounted rates; bulk pricing drops to $0.0125/credit at the $25K tier. Credits never expire and are only consumed when a job completes successfully.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and wire transfers for Enterprise plans. Academic institutions can also use purchase orders. All payments are processed securely via Stripe with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
Registered nonprofit organizations, NGOs, and open-source research consortia qualify for a 50% discount on any plan. Academic institutions affiliated with accredited universities receive automatic Academic pricing. Contact our sales team with proof of nonprofit status to apply.
The Hit Marketplace lets researchers list and license validated hit compounds, QSAR models, or screening results to other users. You set your own price and licensing terms. MolForge handles payment processing and secure data transfer. Your marketplace fee depends on your plan tier.
Fees decrease with higher plan tiers: Academic pays 15%, Pro pays 12%, Team pays 10%, and Enterprise pays 8%. These fees cover payment processing, secure data escrow, licensing management, and dispute resolution. Free users cannot sell on the marketplace.
Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never train models on your proprietary data without explicit consent. Enterprise customers can deploy in their own VPC for complete data isolation. All marketplace transactions use a secure escrow system. SOC 2 Type II certification is in progress.
